Recently used Nick for mortgage advice prior to a house purchase. Nick was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. He was able to show and discuss the best mortgage rates on the market for someone in my position. I chose a longer term fixed mortgage and Nick provided a full breakdown of positives and negatives. He did this whilst also not forcing any particular bank. When I had any other questions Nick was always happy to help me. I would highly recommend him.

Nicholas is a class act! From start to end throughout the whole process was only a matter of minutes replying to texts/phone calls. Never once did I feel like I was asking too many questions (and I asked a lot of questions lol). Nick managed to save me a few quid a month and get me the best deal possible with his persistence and that’s all you can ask for out a mortgage advisor because more important than all you want the best deal!. Do not take the mortgage advisor that your offered by the real estate agent I’ve made that mistake before. Every time it’s got to be Nicholas at Cuffe Mortgage and Protection Brokers!
